Hi there! I am so happy to see you here!
I can’t wait to walk beside you on your journey!
So, a little about me… I am a mother, a sister, a daughter, a professional, a student, a teacher, a leader, a coach, a friend, a confidant, a spiritual advisor, and a goddess!
Aren’t we all?!?
First, and foremost, I am a single mom of two beautiful daughters. They are my greatest source of joy… and insanity! My girls are absolutely everything to me!
Professionally, I have worked in the non-profit sector within both Finance & Human Resources capacities over the last 10 years. In 2016 I helped to found a local Metaphysical Non-profit and currently serve in the leadership as President of the Board of Directors.
On a personal level, I have suffered great loss... losing my father to suicide in 2000 and my fiancé & soulmate to a heart attack in 2008. I have struggled with depression, anxiety, hormonal imbalances and even a touch of insomnia … at one point I was even hospitalized. People always say “what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger”. While that little tid bit may be true in hindsight, it is hardly helpful when you are in the trenches.
Had I given into my fears & insecurities and surrendered to the hopelessness & helplessness I felt, my life would look very different than it does today.
I have learned a great deal through the various roles I have filled and challenges I have faced. I am absolutely thrilled to be able to share what I have learned with you! Each of these instances were an opportunity shed old beliefs that no longer served me and develop new ones. After all, that is what this whole being alive gig is all about! We are all in school… we are all in a process of metamorphosis, of learning, growing and becoming!
Whether you goals are:
… and so much more…
I offer an open mind, an open heart and a passionate commitment to helping introduce you to your authentic self and help guide you on your path towards a purpose driven life that you love.
I can’t wait to get started!
